Effects of in utero exposure to inorganic arsenic on the expression of steroidogenic genes in the testis. Real time-PCR analysis of Star, Cyp11a1, Hsd3b1, Hsd17b3, Cyp17a1 and Cyp19a1 (mRNA) expression in the testes were performed at 6 months of age (control: n = 6; 10 ppb: n = 6; 42.5 ppm: n = 6).
