miR-181a-5p downregulates CBLB to increase cisplatin sensitivity in EAC cells. Before treated with cisplatin for 48 hours, OE19/CDDP cells were transfected with miR-NC, miR-181a-5p, miR-181a-5p and pcDNA or CBLB and OE19 cells were transfected with anti-NC, anti-miR-181a-5p, anti-miR-181a-5p and si-NC or si-CBLB for 24h. (A) The expression of CBLB was examined by Western blot. Cell apoptosis (B) were measured in transfected OE19 cells and OE19/CDDP cells via flow cytometry assays, respectively. *P<0.05.
