Typical lesion of onychotillomania with nail plate thickening, discoloration, bizarrely shaped areas of nail cutting, and partial loss of its distal end. Exposed parts of the nail bed are rough and scaly, while the periungual skin is inflamed with a rough, ragged nail cuticle.
