ACT001 reduced the angiogenesis and the accumulation of myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) in murine 4T1 tumors. After 18 d of ACT001 treatment, 4T1 tumors were harvested, and the numbers of CD11b+Gr1+cells (MDSCs) (A) and CD11b+F4/80+ tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) (B) were counted using flow cytometry.
