LncRNA-NEAT1 promotes HCC tumor growth through miR-199a-3p/UCK2 in vivo. (A) SNU-182 cells transfected with Lv-NEAT1, Lv-NEAT1 + Lv-miR-199a-3p, or Lv-NEAT1 + Lv-siRNA-UCK2 were subcutaneously injected into nude mice. After 3 weeks, the tumor formation was examined.
