Particle size (D_eff), polydispersity index (PDI) and ζ-potential were determined by DLS (0.5 mg/mL, PBS, pH 7.4, 25 °C). Data presented as mean ± SD (n = 3). BuOE-loaded nanoparticles were stable for at least 2 weeks without aggregation.
