The effects of CHPF over-expression on proliferation, colony formation and apoptosis of A375 cells were examined by Celigo cell counting assay (a), colony formation assay (b) and flow cytometry assay (c), respectively. The effect of CHPF over-expression on cell migration of A375 cells was detected by wound-healing assay (d) and Transwell assay (e). (fh) The promotion of tumor growth by CHPF over-expression was verified in mice xenograft model. The represented images were selected from at least 3 independent experiments.
