Images of a 70-year-old man was diagnosed with lesion of small-cell lung carcinoma. (A) Line D1 is the length of puncture path. Line D2 is the width of lesion measured in ultrasound. Thoracic ultrasound evaluation before biopsy showed the length of puncture path that was measured to be 13.4 mm. (B) Line D3 is the lesion size in CT. Chest CT detected a peripheral lesion in the right lung and the lesion size in CT that was measured to be 11.5 mm.
