The Pre-seizure period refers to the latency between the injection and the first observed seizure. The Rising-seizure period represents the emergence of seizures coupled with increasing SR before the inflection point. The Falling-seizure period starts at the inflection point and has a decreasing SR moving towards seizure remission.
