Patients with HL-TAC at 1 year had significantly higher TAC trough levels at 2 years (6.4 ± 5.2 vs. 5.2 ± 1.8 ng/mL, P < 0.001), 3 years (6.0 ± 1.9 vs. 5.2 ± 1.8 ng/mL, P < 0.001), 4 years (6.1 ± 2.1 vs. 5.1 ± 1.7 ng/mL, P < 0.001), and 5 years (5.9 ± 5.3 vs. 5.3 ± 2.1 ng/mL, P < 0.001) compared with the levels of patients with LL-TAC. *P < 0.001.
