Tendencies are denoted if symbols (*, ** or ***) are underlined. Symbols (▲) on lines denote significant differences (P < 0.05) between two time points for the same treatment, symbols (●) denote significant differences (P < 0.05) between treatment at the same time point. Because the data presented in this chart are fold-change values, the baseline reference value is 1 for RPM and CTRL, therefore, there is overlap between symbols with error bars at baseline.
