The levels of HMGB1 and autophagy-related proteins in human drug-resistant breast cancer cell line MCF-7/DOX and their parental cell line MCF-7. (A) Cell survival rates were detected by MTT assay in MCF-7 and MCF-7/DOX treated with various concentrations (0.1625, 0.3125, 0.625, 1.25, 2.5, and 5 μmol/L) of DOX for 48 h. The levels of HMGB1 (B and C) and autophagy-related proteins (ATG5, LC3-I, and LC3-II, D) in MCF-7 and MCF-7/DOX cells were detected by Western blot and qRT-PCR, respectively.
