LC3 overexpression decreased SGIV replication, whereas LC3 knockdown promoted SGIV replication. GS cells were transfected with HA-LC3 or the vector, siLC3 or the negative control (NC), and then infected with SGIV. Viral replication was analyzed by qPCR and IFA.
