Ligustilide (LIG) attenuated Ca2+ influx and reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels in oxygen-glucose deprivation/reperfusion (OGD/R)-induced hippocampal neurons injury. (A) Effect of ligustilide on OGD/R-stimulated intracellular Ca2+ influx. (B) Effect of ligustilide on OGD/R-induced ROS overproduction. Cells were treated with LIG (1, 2, and 4 μM) for 3 h, and then subject to OGD/R. Fluo-3/AM and DCFH-DA were used to measure Ca2+ influx and ROS levels. The data are represented as means ± SD for three independent experiments. Each of the experiments was repeated three times. The data are means ± SD. ## P < 0.01 vs. control group; *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01 vs. group treated with OGD/R.
