EBF1 over-expression down-regulates PNO1 and up-regulates p53 and p21 expression. (A,B) HCT-116 and HT-29 cells were stably transduced with EBF1 or control plasmid, and (A) Q-PCR and (B) western blotting were performed to determine the expression of PNO1, GAPDH was used as a loading control. (C) Luciferase assay was performed to determine the effect of EBF1 over-expression on PNO1 transcription in both HCT-116 and HT-29 cells.
