Statistical analysis using a non-parametric ANOVA with a Dunn's multiple comparisons test in Graphpad Prism 3 for Windows 95/98 showed a statistically significant difference between the APP control group versus the APP Mega VE group (p < 0.05) and also between the APP control group versus the APP Megacombo group (p < 0.001).
