Table 3.

Parameter estimates of R2, DBV, and OEF using three qBOLD models: linear model (L) considering only tissue signal at long-τ and τ = 0 data-points; a one-compartment model (1C) considering tissue signal across all τ; and a two-compartment model (2C) that includes intravascular signal. Both 1C and 2C models include spatial regularization. The table shows grey matter mean ± grey matter inter-voxel standard deviation, for 7 healthy subjects, and group mean ± group standard deviation.
