The heatmap patterns between WT (6 right lanes) and KO (6 middle three lanes) are clearly distinguishable. The heatmap pattern of treated KO samples (6 left lanes) appears to be closer to that of the WT. Red color indicates relatively high content of metabolites; green indicates relatively low content of metabolites.
