Molecular profiles of the left-sided colon cancer, right-sided colon cancer, and rectal cancer groups. Significantly mutated genes were detected in tissue DNA from patients with left-sided colon cancer, right-sided colon cancer, or rectal cancer using the MutSig2CV algorithm (P<0.05) and ranked in order of decreasing mutation frequency.
