IL-23 inhibits ENZ- and ODM-induced cellular senescence in C4-2 cells but not in LNCaP. The experiments were performed as described in Fig. 2 with a LNCaP and b C4-2 cells. After 72 h of AR ligand treatment, the cellular senescence specific marker SA-β-Gal was analyzed. Six random fields per treatment were selected, and at least 200 cells per field were counted for each experiment.
