ENZ and ODM reduce potently growth of 3D spheroids. Spheroids were performed using ultralow attachment plates with C4-2 cells. Spheroids were treated for 10 days with the indicated compounds a IL-23 (100 ng/ml), b ENZ (10 μM), and c ODM (10 μM) in combination with or without IL-23 treatment.
