The pore-forming domain is represented in red and consists of residues 186–387, the receptor-binding domain is represented in blue and consists of residues 90–185, the translocation domain is represented in black and consists of residues 1–89, this domain is intrinsically unstructured, hence is not observed in the crystal structure. The TolA-binding box is represented in dark gray and consists of residues 44-66 (25), the OmpF-binding site is represented in light gray and consists of residues 2-18.
