Two experimental sub-tomograms (46×46×46 voxels) containing proteasomes. Data is displayed in both Fourier and spatial domains. We evaluate the result with FSC and cFSC measures of the method input (in black) and output (in red). The FSC measures overall quality, while the cFSC measures quality of recovered Fourier coefficients only (i.e. MW). The reference has been obtained via subtomogram averaging of 2949 proteasomes.
