The v-Src interaction with Hsp70 and Hsp90 using immunoprecipitation studies. The indicated strains were grown in selective SGal media for v-Src expression. The cells were lysed, and lysates were incubated with anti-FLAG antibody immobilized beads. The immunoprecipitated proteins were probed with indicated antibodies. Right panel shows quantification of respective immunoblots. Error bar represents SD from three different biological replicates.
