VP amount was calculated from the fluorescence measurement of release medium using VP standard curve. (b) Cell killing efficacy of released medium from DMSO- (rVeh) and VP-loaded (rVP) 85/15 and 50/50 PLGA MPs normalized to untreated control (n = 4). Released medium was lyophilized and reconstituted to 12.5 μM VP concentration for cell treatment.
