Covariates for all models included the following: age, race, education, income, organ involvement, medication regimen, Charlson Comorbidity Index, and disease duration. Lower scores on the St. George’s Respiratory Questionnaire indicate better heath-related quality of life and higher scores on the King’s Sarcoidosis Health Questionnaire indicate better heath-related quality of life.
