Effect of cyclic stretch on the expression of molecules involved in the IHH signaling pathway in OLF cells. Cyclic stretch of OLF cells resulted in significant increases in the (A) mRNA and (B) protein expression levels of IHH. Cyclic stretch of OLF cells resulted in significant increases in the (C) mRNA and (D) protein expression levels of SMO at 6, 12 and 24 h. mRNA expression levels of (E) GLI1 and (F) GLI2 were significantly increased after cyclic stretch.
