  1. Pool – the urine sample pool identifier
  2. Accession - the Genbank accession number of the virus sequence in the Viral RefSeq database
  3. Virus - the virus name
  4. Alignments - total number of reads that aligned to the virus genome
  5. Seqcov - the % of the sequence covered by at least one read
  6. Avgdepth - the average depth of sequencing coverage across the genome
  7. avgMAPQ – the average MAPQ (map quality) of the read alignments
  8. avgScore – the average alignment score of the read alignments
  9. avgEditDistance – the average edit distance of the read alignments
  10. Length - length of the virus sequence in base pairs
  11. GI - the Genbank gi number of the virus sequence in the Viral RefSeq database
