Percentages were obtained by dividing the total number of unique sequences containing the V3J clonotype in each subject by the total number of unique sequences for the entire repertoire of each subject. The somatic variant count for the most prevalent V3J clonotype appears at the end of each bar graph. For comparison, we also included sequencing data from 3 healthy subjects denoted as HIP1, HIP2 or HIP3 [14].
