Tramadol induces lipid peroxidation, and suppresses SOD activity. MDA was increased in the cerebrum of mice receiving 20 or 50 mg/kg tramadol for 5 weeks. Data are expressed as Mean ± SEM, n = 6. The statistical analysis was performed using one-way ANOVA and P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.
