ICP-MS analysis of Mn(II) in solution before (light gray bars) and after (dark gray bars) pull-down of mixtures containing either MntC or PsaA (20 μM), B-CP (20 μM) and Mn(II) (18 μM) (75 mM MES, 100 mM NaCl, 1mM Ca(II), pH 5.5–7.0).
