CA 0253 were treated with BBH (2 μg/mL) plus FLC (1 μg/mL), FLC (1 μg/mL), BBH (2 μg/mL), or RPMI-1640 medium. After drug treatment, fluorescence intensity was detected (emission wavelength 530 nm) at 0, 10, 30, 60, and 120 min. Three independent experiments were performed, with eight replicates in each group (n = 8). Values represent means ± SEM. ANOVA tested statistical differences. ◆ compared with the FLC group, p < 0.05; ★ compared with the BBH group, p < 0.05; ▲compared with the control group, p < 0.05;
compared with the BBH group, p > 0.05.
