CA 0253 were treated with BBH (2 μg/mL) plus FLC (1 μg/mL), FLC (1 μg/mL), BBH (2 μg/mL), and RPMI-1640 medium. Fluorescence was measured (emission: 530 nm) at 0, 2, and 3 h. Three independent experiments were performed, with eight replicates in each group (n = 8). Values represent means ± SEM. ANOVA tested statistical differences. ◆ compared with the FLC group, p < 0.05; ★ compared with the BBH group, p < 0.05; ▲compared with the control group, p < 0.05; Δ compared with the control group, p > 0.05.
