Mice were sacrificed, and their organs harvested and counted 4, 24, 48 and 96 h after injection (3–5 mice per group). Data are reported as % injected activity/g of tissue (%IA/g). Decay correction was not applied. The data reported in panel a were already used to generate the biological organ kinetic of [¹¹¹In]CHX-DTPA-scFv78-Fc shown in [34] by applying radionuclide physical decay correction.
