Effect of GLE on apoptosis in HCT116 cells. HCT116 cells were treated with cisplatin (5 µg/mL) and GLE (82, 106 and 136 µg/mL) for 24 h and 48 h, and the apoptotic rates were detected by Annexin V/PI double staining assay.
