The inhibition of HOTAIR decreases cell migration in breast cancer cells. Scratch/wound-healing assays in (A,B) MDA-MB-231 and (C,D) Hs-578t cancer cells treated with DsiRNA HOTAIR inhibitor (right panel), scramble (middle panel), and non-transfected control (left panel). Cell migration was documented for 0, 24, and 48 h. The graphical representation of the migration is shown in (B) for MDA-MB-231 and in (D) for Hs-578t.
