MRB137 and MRB138, specific for native LL37, do not cross-recognize carb-LL37. MRB137 and MRB138 were diluted in ELISA plates coated with native LL37, cit-LL37 or carb-LL37 peptide at the indicated dilutions and ELISA tests were performed as in Materials and Methods.
