L929 Cell viability incubated by the extraction mediums (EM), taken from supernatants which was incubated with the model hydrogels for 24 h, at different dilute ratios according to the guidelines of ISO 10993-5. The relative L929 viability (%) of the group with a dilution ratio of 0.5 exceeded that of the group of EM only. The results of MTT assay for L929 Cell viability showed that the model hydrogels were biocompatible biomaterials (data are mean ±SD, n = 3).
