Olorofim treatment inhibits mitosis. (A) Imaging of H1-GFP nuclei within 100 µm of the hyphal tip at 0 h (Untreated) and 24 h (Treated) following addition of olorofim. Scale bar = 10 µm. Error bars represent SD. (B) After 24 h of olorofim treatment, only 1–2 rounds of mitosis are estimated to take place, based on the accumulated number of nuclei in the hyphal tip.
