Male and female C57Bl/6NCrl mice were given subcutaneous injections of 10 mg/kg isoproterenol (ISO) or saline (control) daily for 14 days (n = 5–6 per group). mRNA expression of (A) ANP, (B) BNP, (C) TGF-beta1 mouse hearts.
