MUM-2B human melanoma preferentially expressed VEGFR1 and VM-related markers in vivo. Sections of melanoma tissue were collected at 2 weeks after implantation and were stained with VEGFR1, CD144, EphA2, MMP-2, MMP-9 (red), and DAPI (blue).
