Expressions of mRNA of type I interferon in Peyer's patches from weaned piglets after infection with PEAV-Coated at 3 d.p.i. and 7 d.p.i. The mRNA expressions of IFN-α (A) and IFN-β (B) in Peyer's patches from weaned piglets after infection with PEAV-Coated were examined with real-time PCR using specific primers at 3 d.p.i. and 7 d.p.i.
