case(+), SLE patients positive for a certain phenotype. case(−), SLE patients negative for a certain phenotype. Onset age, cases with the age of onset = 20 years were regarded as case(+), the age of onset >20 years regarded as case(−). rs7251 was significantly associated with LN when comparing cases positive on LN with those who are negative (OR = 0.785, P = 0.0128), while the SNP did not show association relationship between case(−) and control (OR = 0.99, P = 0.895).
