Construction of recombinant Newcastle disease virus (NDV) expressing peste des petits ruminants virus (PPRV) hemagglutinin (H). The PPRV transgene is inserted between the genes encoding the NDV fusion protein (F) and the hemagglutinin-neuraminidase (HN).
