Anti-schistosome cholinesterase (SmChE) antibodies inhibit ChE activity in schistosomula, which leads to a decreased parasite viability. Newly transformed schistosomula (1000/treatment) were incubated in Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) in the presence of anti-SmChE IgG and incubated at 37 °C in 5% CO2.
