VLP Immunization increases germinal center B-cells. LMNCs were isolated from lymph nodes harvested from Cohort 2 mice, 7 days after the third and final VLP immunization (post-boost 2). LMNCs were stained for CD3 AF700, B220 PE-Cy7, CD95 PE-CF594, and BV421 GL7. B-cells were gated as CD3-B220+, and germinal center B-cells were identified as CD95+ GL7+ (Figure S5). CD95+ GL7+ germinal center B-cells are plotted as the percentage of total CD3- B220+ B-cells for each animal. Statistical significance was determined using a one-way ANOVA and Tukey post-hoc analysis for multiple comparisons. A line on top of two groups indicates statistical differences between these two groups. * p < 0.05 and ** p < 0.01.
