Pore size and aspect ratio analysis of chondroitin-6-sulfate isotropic and anisotropic scaffolds cut in the longitudinal and transverse direction. There was no significant difference (p < 0.05) in pore size, however, the pore aspect ratio of the anisotropic scaffolds cut transversely was significantly (p < 0.05) different than the isotropic scaffolds cut longitudinally.
