Quantification of the O-fucosyltransferase activity of WT POFUT1 and its seven mutated counterparts found in CRC patients. The percentage of O-fucosylation was determined from previous MRM-MS analyses based on ratios of peak areas of O-fucosylated peptides reported to those of total peptides.
