Representative Circulating Tumor Cells (CTCs) recovered from breast cancer (BC) patients on DEPArrayTM. CTCs (A–H) are identified as round, middle-sized cells, which are Hoechst and EpCAM-positive and CD45 negative. A low CD44 expression is appreciated only in Pt. 12.
