Cell death assessment in myeloid leukemia cell lines treated with SR59230A in hypoxia (1% O2) and in normoxia (21% O2). (A) Apoptosis evaluation through Annexin V and Propidium Iodide in HEL, K562, KCL22 and HL60 cell lines treated with different concentrations of SR59230A (1 μM, 3 μM, 6 μM, 8 μM, 10 μM) for 24 h, in normoxia and in hypoxia; (B) apoptosis evaluation through Annexin V and Propidium Iodide in HEL, K562, KCL22 and HL60 cell lines treated with different concentrations of SR59230A (1 μM, 3 μM, 6 μM, 8 μM, 10 μM) for 48 h, in normoxia and in hypoxia.
